Prior to becoming a participant in the American dream I lived in several South American countries where I had a successful career managing software companies serving the oil sector. After moving to Florida in the mid 90's I became a real estate professional and by the early 2000's I had become a top condominium sales agent.
While I could go on listing my awards and achievements throughout these years, I prefer to tell you about the trait that led me to professional (and personal!) success: I sincerely believe that people come first.
By taking my clients' best interest at heart I consistently go the extra mile to ensure their success even if, as it may often happen, this precludes maximizing my own profit. Beyond merely selling properties I provide guidance, avoid pitfalls, leverage opportunities and consistently do what is best for my customers. I also follow up on my customers assisting them long after receiving my commission.
Many of my clients are recurrent: investors, people who outgrow their properties or, simply, wish to change them. They keep coming back because they know they can count on my honesty and my sincere desire for them to realize their dreams.
